Halden Pro is a cloud-based business management software designed for contractors, tradespeople, and service businesses. The Service includes tools for job management, customer management, invoicing, estimates, crew scheduling, material tracking, and AI-powered support.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Halden Pro offers subscription-based access to the Service. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be required to choose a paid subscription to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trial offers at any time.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Halden Pro and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halden Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
